Description

Orti dei Berici's freshly processed Chilli Pepper is strictly cultivated in Italy. Once processed, it produces a vibrant red puree with an intense chilli flavour and aroma and also a high chilli content. This semi-finished product is often used in the preparation of sauces, toppings, pizzas, sandwiches, etc... because of its distinct chilli flavour that characterises all the preparations where it is used.

Treatment process

Treatment process

The Chilli Pepper is processed from the fresh raw material, which is washed and then minced into a 100% chilli mixture. The puree is then heat-treated in order to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the vegetable for a long time.

Packaging

The products are packaged in aseptic bags with a capacity of 10 kg.

Preservation

The product is available all year round. It must be preserved inside refrigerating rooms at the temperature of 0/+4°C and it has a shelf life of 3 months from delivery.
