The G.A.P. protocol implies the check of over 200 requirements which mainly indicate some aspects in particular.
GLOBAL GAP defines the quality standard in the production of fruit and vegetables. This protocol is shared in Europe by the most important industrial groups and by large-scale retail trade, because it is able to meet the increasing needs of clients in terms of food safety and respect for environment.
